New nighttime regimen to try & slow my brain down & prep for sleep.
1. Go to bed before 2am.
2. Write down things I really gotta do tomorrow and a separate list of things I gotta or wanna do soon.
3. Write in a notebook about my day.
Helped last night. About to go do it again.
