Right There [Dec. 11th, 2009|04:19 am]
Kelly J. Cooper

You know that part of depression (or even an extended bad mood) when you have a low threshold for frustration?

You're going along, thinking you have enough patience for something, then *POOF* it's gone as if it had never been and you just throw whatever it is down and say "I give up."

Yeah. I'm there.

It's just with a technical problem that I've spent a week trading emails around, trying to solve, but it's there.

Don't like it.

Trying to scrounge up enough energy to care.

But... I can barely find enough energy to capitalize and spell properly, so... yeah.

Oh well.

Yeah. I call it the stack-shortening effect.
I find that sleep and food really help with that, in my case.
