If you were going to invite a monster (ala Frankenstein's monster, the Loch Ness Monster, the Abominable Snowman, etc.) to your dinner party, whom would it be?

I's get reclining couches, and invite the Mummy.

Probably Spring-heeled Jack, but it might also be nice to sit down with Lawrence Talbot for an evening provided the moon was right.

Sasquatch. He wouldn't show, and I'd have the entire dinner to myself.

Except for the Tragic Drama of Misanthropy, I would invite the Wretch, that is, Dr. Frankenstein's reanimated victim.

He was a very personable fellow, erudite and intelligent, and by now he should have gotten over his existential horror.

He might even be quietly living among us without being noticed.

I always favored robber barons, as they might proffer useful financial advice.
