Happy Mole Day, folks!
What is Mole Day? Why, it's the day we celebrate Avogadro's Number (6.02 x 10^23)!
Check out http://www.moleday.org/ for more details.
Themes for this year apparently include both "MOLES ARE FOREVER!" and "REMEMBER THE ALAMOLE!"
Best MOLE DAY joke...
Q: Why was there only one Avogadro?
A: When they made him, they broke the Moled
Zomg. That's like a geek layer cake of geekiness.
I'd be more eloquent, but I went out for beers after my writing workshop last night.

Reverse the Molarity of the Neutron Flow!
Mole Puns! Does that mean that we'll soon be visited by TJ Teru?
Oddly enough, I'm currently reading Forever Peace, by Joe Haldeman, and in it it has the following, from memory, so likely worded poorly:
"If you want to find the number of molecules in a mole, that's Avogadro's Number. If you want to find the number of molecules in an armadillo, that's Armadillo's Number."
I thought it was funny.
